Shipping

• We ship all orders within the Netherlands for free via PostNL.
• Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are shipped the same day.
• Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days within the Netherlands.
• For shipments within the EU we charge €9.95 shipping costs. Delivery time: 3-7 business days.
• After shipping you will receive a track & trace code by email.
• All packages are shipped insured.

Returns

• You have 14 days cooling-off period after receiving your order.
• The product must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
• Contact us by email to register a return.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is damaged or defective.
