Article 1 – Definitions

• Merchant: ENFIN Watches, located at Teststraat 69, 6969DP Hillegom.
• Consumer: The natural person who enters into a distance contract with the merchant.
• Distance contract: A contract in which the merchant's system is used for distance selling of products.
• Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the merchant and to every distance contract concluded between the merchant and the consumer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Article 3 – The offer

All offers are without obligation. ENFIN Watches is entitled to modify the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the merchant.

Article 4 – The contract

The contract is concluded upon acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the associated conditions. Upon receipt of the order, ENFIN Watches will send a confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer may cancel a contract for the purchase of a product within a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving reasons. This cooling-off period begins the day after receipt of the product.

During the cooling-off period the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product.

Article 6 – Prices

All prices are in euros and inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are stated separately during the checkout process. ENFIN Watches reserves the right to change prices.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered by ENFIN Watches (including iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact via Mollie). The consumer has the obligation to immediately report any inaccuracies in provided payment details to the merchant.

Article 8 – Delivery

ENFIN Watches will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing orders. The maximum delivery time is 30 days, unless a different period has been agreed.

Article 9 – Warranty

ENFIN Watches guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality. All watches carry a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

Article 10 – Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the merchant fully and clearly described within a reasonable time after discovery. Complaints submitted to ENFIN Watches will be answered within 14 days.

Article 11 – Applicable law

Agreements between the merchant and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
